I am fond of the kind of selective focus that can be achieved using a Lensbaby, and I think that you did an excelent job of keeping the focal point sharp, which is not an easy thing to do in many cases. It seems to ma that the image is still a little static due to the composition. You might want to try moving the focal point to follow the rule of thirds, or just to one side. It seems corny, but in this photo you haven't left room for the wheel to go anywhere. By possibly showing a little more of the bike and left some negative space on the right, the image could show more action. You could also try a much tighter crop, putting the center of the wheel up and to the left a bit and cropping all but a tiny bit of the wheel.

still a well done image, but with a little more thought It could be much more interesting.

Keep shooting,
Mark

I like the sharpness of the chrome, however the oof white and fender are almost dizzying for me.
