Lol it looks helplessly smothered. Good clarity to the photo, it looks like just a quick snapshot. I dont like the way you have the dogs eyes reflecting the light, it makes them cloudy and the dog look dead.

It looks like the poor dog is being strangled. I would suggest a more gentle pose for a photo of what's being depicted as a loving moment

I'm not really sure if this could count as action shot, because you could have very easily had the subject hold the pose.

to me, this doesn't seem to be in the spirit of the challenge. I'm not saying it doesn't meet the challenge, I just feel it misses the point.
