| Selecting a different white balance on the camera would make the white look a lot whiter. On the G2 it's the button on the back next to the LCD that has WB, and a few icons next to it. Play with those settings a bit to get a feel for what it changes. |

| This is a nice idea. The cropping could be improved a little, and the photo is a little dark and yellow. |

| I love the composition of this photo. It is so simple, yet so meaningful! The age of the handcuffs help make it so effective, as well as the aged look of the flag. Very nice, one of my fav's of the challenge. Would like to see it with a border, as it is such a tight crop! 9 |

| Nice conceptual shot with symbolic elements. Good colour. A wee bit more contrast would perk it up. Still well executed. :-) |

| Creative concept for a country's independance day... and this associated freedoms that stem from it. I have to ask, since I don't know that I've seen this flag before - is the eagle eating a snake? |
