Nice reflection on water, like the dark bacground but ovel all it lacks some clearness and bit moor contrast.

Perfectly simple. Reminds me of Bai Juyi, a Chinese poet of the Middle Tang Dynasty and his work:

A strip of water is spread in the setting sun,
Half the river is emerald, half is red.
I love the third night of the ninth month,
The dew is like pearl; the moon like a bow.
