JonHiggins - I didn't use any filters, I just played around with a bunch of stuff. The background lines are from a PS brush.

Great shot! The border is perfectly simple, and the shot while lacking a central focus holds my attention, thanks mainly in part to the detail and colors.

the buildings themselves is interesting enough to stand on their own. Talk about waiting for a bus! :)
I liked how "dark" the image appeared - nice sky! it looks dramatic.

i really like this! if there were any way to lighten up the buildings just a little bit, i think it would help. Other than that, i love the processing!!!
