You didn't completely stop the motion of the bee....there is motion blur on his wings.

you can still see the motion in the picture but the timing is excelletn to say the least

I like the way you've composed this with the bee being positioned in the frame as it is. Title works well. Exposure on the flower and the bee is good. Image overall feels a little soft. A slightly faster shutter speed would have totally froze (stopped motion) of the wings on the bee. Overall, a nice image. Good luck in the challenge.

what a pain. you spend all the time hunched over, chasing that damn bee, and you can't get him to face you. it's a shame, because it really takes away from the shot, with him flying out of the frame.
