pasted bottom layer into top layer mask
gaussian blur @40%
merged layers
dodged some areas
airbrushed the skin/eyes a little bit (now that i see this with fresh eyes, i think i went overboard on HER eyes a bit)
curves
levels
photo filter violet 15%
voila!
