Cleveland Indians vs Minnesota Twins (under the lights), CC Sabathia on the mound, Corey Koskie at bat. Koskie went 0 for 4.
Hand held ( no tripods allowed in stadium) from row Z behind the dug out. Caught the (blurr) of the fastball coming in and the start of the swing. Popped it up.

I know I am going to get hit for sharpness.

This photo would probably be better if there was less motion blur so the baseball could be seen better. It could also be a little more in focus.

Good cropping here, obviously you couldn't get very close so I'm not going to complain about them not being bigger. Just curious where the ball is... I can't see it unless it's that blur on the left side? I like the motion of the bat, but I wish we could see the ball a little more clearly. So did he hit the shot? Personally I would have cropped out the extra warm up batter on the upper right, but thats just me...

Great composition. Really shows where the action is. Good capture of the swinging bat. I like that you were able to include the audience, the teammates, and the next batter. Makes you feel like you're at the game.

maybe a little over sharpened,I think cropping out the fans on top would have focused my attention more, Nice movement on the bat, did he hit it?

not sharp enough to be a winner, but a tough shot nicely done

Faster shutter speed would make this more impressive. Not quite enough going on really.

Wish I could see the ball, other than maybe as a streak, or is that a mark on the grass ?
