 After a hot spell, the weather turned very suddenly, with dark and omninous thunder clouds crowding the skies above the harbour.

I live on the 4th floor of an apartment block looking over the harbour, which gives a great angle, though hanging out the window can be a bit precarious.

I love the green colour the sea gets here when the weather is a combination of sunny with a storm on its way.

Taken at 19 mm on an old sigma 19 - 35 mm lens, which even with the 1.6 crop factor on the canon is a little curvy.

Used photoshop to adjust shadow/highlights and popped the green level in the sea a little. Even straight from the camera, I'd lost the shadow detail in the left of the image, along the hill line. I rescued a little detail with the dodge tool, but not much.

Composition: 5 - Horizon too centered for my tastes
Technical: 5 - Exposure is good, but needs to be sharpened a bit in PP
Creativity: 5 - Not a very unique angle or composition.
Appeal: 4 - It seems overall a bit dull, with no real focal point.
