 Ohh, I hate last minute submissions.

I didn't hate the photograph. I just didn't like the fact that I needed to do everything very fast and half asleep so I could think more about it and make it better. In fact I love this photograph and I think it's a little bit underrated. Ok, I shouldn't be whining with that score.

Before I shot this shot I went to an exhibition inside this Lighthouse. A photographer named Friðrik Örn had taken some photos of Lighthouses around Iceland and made an exhibiton. Among those photographs where a photograph that I loved so much that I would had added it to my favorites if it were on dpc :). It looked very similar to mine but the sky where red and there where nice star trails on the sky. I tried to colorize it with hue saturation but it didn't become very as good as the original photo. I hope try to recreate it later when we get longer and darker nights here in Iceland.

Yup. If I make an ugly photograph people will love it and if I'll make a rather good one I'll just get about 5.2 for it :)

Quite striking. Love the clouds. The complementary gold/blue thing you've got going on is very pleasant. Isn't it funny how the horizon is straight but the tower is tilted? Hmmmm

The photo is surreal...the colors are beautifully contrasting. Too bad for the power lines (or whatever they are - I see two) but they almost blend in with the clouds - nice job. What is the orange thing in the sky? It's a little distracting and I don't know what a Grotta is but I guess neither of those things matter too much - it's just beautiful to me. 10
