| some cropping of the sky would help the bring the boats into better focus. |

| Nice beach scene, well exposed with acceptable DOF. Also good use of the seaweed to form a line drawing the eye into the picture. The clear sky, however, is not very interesting and takes up half your frame. Crop out 2/3 to 3/4 of the sky and try a more panoramic format and see what you think. |

| I like the colour in the water, but there's no real point of interest in this shot. Too many competing elements.... |

| The idea of boats as transportation is good, but this photo shows way too much sand and sky for the viewer to readily grasp that boats are the subject. Try focusing in on the red/white boat to make it the subject. |
