4.2!! Jeez!! What a rip. Granted is was not a ribbon winner from the start but your idea was good and the pic was in focus and had nice color. Therefore a score of 4.2 is just silly IMO.

Interesting shot and I like it for this challenge. Doesn't look like a lot of voters agree with me though.

I think this a great subject for this challenge. I think I would have liked it better if you backed up a bit or maybe just didn't crop it as tight on the right. Also, the focus seems to be on the wheel/grass and less on the body (maybe it's just me). Still, a really nice photo with great dof.

I think this is a cute idea and you've got some great technical aspects to it. Focus looks wonderful to me, use of natural light looks great too. My biggest fuss is with the composition though. With the title, I'm thinking the image needs a bit more of an ambience for the background - something that ties it even more firmly to a kid but also to a kid acting as though it were truly their 'wheels'. Thus, I'm thinking a background with a jungle gym or sandbox would further the story by highlighting just where a kid might roll. That said, the current background is far from horrible, it does work here but the overall effect for me is "oh a kids toy in a backyard" as nothing is here to energize my imagination. I gave a 4

This looks oh so familar....although I don't see the two little kids fighting over it as I usually do! :) Cute shot.
