The smooth blue of the water really rescues this from being too pale and noisy. Good eye and well-shot.

If there were a little more contrast in the rocks and greenery of this shot it would have scored even higher.

Love the deep blue gradient in the water.
I did a quick adjustment in Photoshop on it by using the shadow/highlight tool, leaving it at default, then dropping the levels overall, then using the history brush, brought the sky back 50%. I would love to see what could be done with the original!

Nice shot!Good comp and the water contrasts well with the dull grey rock formations.Also like the lichen patterns on the rocks.
