"Patience is a virtue, and [sometimes] is its own reward."
(anon)
Patience was a virtue here, and you were rewarded with a top ten in a major Challenge.
Congratulations on the fine idea, well done. |

Oh no! I usually use the "size to" option in CS2 save to web - I wonder if I stuck in "50" instead of "150". That would explain some of the issues. Thanks for catching that.
edited for mistyping - apparently I am prone to that.

Really nice setup but unfortunately the overall photos quality is poor - there appears to be pixelation and compression artifacts everywhere. If this was a higher quality image it would be a 10 from me, but the low quality is really distracting for me, so a 7 |

Very cool idea...just the quality is not the best. Looks like its resized badly from small to big. The same in good quality would be one of top pictures. |

very clever, mirrors? or lots and lots of peas?
The image is a little soft (mushy?) in some areas, maybe too much cloning. |

At first, it was like "AHHH RETINA ATTACK!"
...Sorry.
But it's good. I love the concept, I would have maybe liked it more without the pea in the spoon. And if the spoon had been a little darker, as to not be so harsh. But it would be hard to do in these conditions.
This was such a weird challenge... |

someone went through a lot of trouble here! that's a great shot, but there's something in the processing that is spoiling it...not sure if it's oversharpened or just artifacts from processing...8 for the effort |

Oh wow! What an elaborate set-up! An amazing amount of work must have gone into this. Outstanding creativity and vision! However, there's some funky pixelisation going on throughout the image. Did you try enlarging this from a smaller file, or perhaps over sharpened...? It's a terrible pity, the distortion takes away from what I'm certain would have been a ribbon contender! Best wishes for the challenge :) 5 |
