Composition: 5 - The rule of thirds is followed here, but in this case using it doesnt add any real excitement.
Technical: 2 - I think some contrast is needed to stop it looking so flat, especially with the similar colours throughout. The motion blur adds a sense of movement but I think it's overall more of a distraction.
Creativity: 4 - The motion blur does set it apart from other shots but at the end of the day to me it just looks like a bird on a pond.
Appeal: 3 - The dull colours and lack of contrast dont really hold my interest for very long in this shot.
