What a powerful photo !
The quality of the image is outstanding.
You're excellent my dear ! It's the kind of photo I'd hang in the wall just in front of me to see it everyday.

This is really, really nice Rachel. I'm sorry to say that I missed this one again during voting but I would have given it high marks for such a deep tonal range and the great composition. Very nice! |

it took me several viewings before I recognized the hand beneath the water. what a powerful mystery. What finally wins me over is the roughness of the shapes, it really does feel like something is being restored, and it's a rough, painful process, or at least a profound process that requires disintegration and reintegration. I am reminded of Achilles being dipped into the holy waters, of Vulcan's forge, of Jesus's baptism. 10 |

Hmmm I don't get the title and I have the feeling of a death child... The picture is nice sharp and I like the color very much. It touches me. |

a little concerning. makes me think of a drowning victim for some reason. maybe the dark processing brings to mind tragedy. scary really. still very beautiful as well. 8 |
