 Shot with one speedlight and onboard flash, macro.

photoshop: converted from raw, very slight crop, adjusted exposure, gamma, highlight/shadow, resized, adjustment to brightness, contrast, sharpened, cloned out some minor distractions and saved as a Jpg.
