It was really funny. I wanted to catch a "transparent" image of a ghost, so my model had to suffer jumping and jumping in order to allow me to create that image. It was difficult to have the best lights because the room (a room hotel in a cottage) wasn't prepared for such an experiment.

i liked this. the first time i saw it, i just took it to be a picture of a candle in front of some curtains but on closer inspection, i saw the "ghost" and thought it was a cool effect. like i said, i dig it.

Nice effect! I think staying in the frame a touch shorter time would have a better effect, the sheet at the bottom left is a bit too substantial.

i'm sure the intent was to portray something else in the BG. I see what appears to be some folds in sheets, but it doesn't stand out enough to get the message across.

Not a particularly strong photo. The lighting is a little off and it doesn't really portray magic and mystery for me.

Ah! On second viewing, I see the ghost. Nicely done. Not much "pop" to it, though, since the colors are so muted and there's not much contrast. 5.

The composition feels a bit squeezed with it being so near the wall. It's a nice attempt at a ghost image. I'd like more to the ambiance of the cottage than just the wood walls. 6

Do ghosts really wear sheets? ;-)

Nice idea, but the angle feels awkward, like I'm being squashed against the wall.

the lighting works nicely on the table and basket, but not on the walls.

with this being an advanced editing challange I would have liked to see the hot spot on the left toned down ... my eye wants to focus there instead of the candles or ghostly figure behind it ...

very subtle. I'm not sure about the composition, would like to see a bit less wall.
