 first attempt at a self portraight with artificial light
feel free to let me know exactly what your thought are about it.
(besides the fact that i need to shave)

Hey, great glasses! I like this, particularly your title which is the best SP title I have seen: a lover case i...great creativeness...perhaps the yellowish tinge doesn't work for me, but it might for you. An excellent crop

I'll go with "cute" and "don't shave". You did a good job with the lighting, though maybe just a very wee bit of a yellow cast. Great job with the catchlight in the eye, particularly with glasses.

the levels seem a little squashed here - could push the whites a little more to make it less dingy

unless dingy is what you were going for - then it rocks!

Skin tones feel a little yellow on my monitor too. While I had it open in PS I tweaked the color balance and pulled yellow out - maybe just so my monitor matches yours?

Love the shot and the crop. If is was pretty I'd shoot myself. But I'm not. So I won't. ;-)

I like the crop on this one. The DOF is really good too. Great eye focus and I love the glasses.

Much better...you are hugging the edge on three sides...the crop feels more natural.

Oh....and damn cute too!
