So once again I'm trying out new tone technique in PS. I really like the dark-green-contrast look on this one...hope u like it too.

Taken in RAW, levels, curves, brightness/contrast, channel mixer, hue/sat, selective color, usm and save for web.

Taken with Canon 17-40mm @ 17mm.

This sepia accurately captures the look and feel of of my time alone even though this is Iceland. The Sonoran desert here has more vegetation than much of Iceland but it has a open starkness to it that connects the two regions in a fundamental way.
The dark highligting on the bottom works well in the composition. The clouds almost look like smoke rising from an ancient volcano. Nicely done - Steve

Great image! I think it would have been better as a true b/w. I think you lose something with this tint . . . but great shot!

duotone is overtoned to brown/yellows making the beautiful composition look dirty IMO
