 Found this pretty in a field of sunflowers. She was quite cooperative and posed for awhile.

Crop, levels, contrast, saturation. Clonned out part of a green leaf in lower right of flower. Resize, save for web.

This was one of my favs of the butterflies - I gave it a 7. Very warm rich golden tones really served well as the setting to highlight your painted lady - well done!

Dawn, this is awesome! One of the prettiest butterfly photos I've seen! I love that pretty background and how it compliments and contrasts that razor sharp detailed butterfly!

I thought I shot one of these the other day but it turned out to be a Question Mark. Nice detail and good PP. Is that a strawflower? Works well here. If this isn't Elsapo it's quite Elsapoey ;-)

Composition: 10 - Spot on, just the right amout of negative space.
Technical: 7 - Lovely colours, very well exposed, and good DoF. If the head was sharper I'd rate higher here.
Creativity: 6 - The composition and background and colours set it apart from other butterfly shots.
Appeal: 8 - A really nice looking photo, especially due to the
