| the little girl seems to be the focus, but she litterly looks washed out which to me doesn't make a good image. to much water falling on her washing her away. |

| Your title makes me try and focus on the background which is blurred out...and if your subject is the baby then you have too much negative space at the top. |

| I would have prefered a tigh crop on the young child. looks like they are having fun. |
