Surreal - well thought up.

That's a lotta self-portraits there... good exposure of a difficult subject. If you didn't want yourself in there, perhaps a little self-timer action could have helped. If you WANTED it, awesome job!

Fun textures and interplay of light bouncing off of the bearings.

I don't like the reflection. I don't like the ball out in front. Keep working with these balls and mess around with lighting and patterns to see if you can find something that is more appealing to the eye.

Woulda been really impressive if you coulda kept yourself out of the balls. (...and I don't mean that as a smart-ass comment.) The ligting is great, and the balls stand out well - they just would have been more interesting if the markings weren't obscured by the reflections.

Nece effect, but would be better with an abstract reflection rather than being able to see the photographer. Should the front ball be in focus, or should the pile? Difficult question...

Neat idea, but the out-of-focus ball in the foreground ruins it for me

I suspect that your reflection is intentional :) Nice setup!

I especially like your reflection in all the balls, I didn't see it the 1st time I looked at this. 9

Based on a certain post today regarding background materials, I am going to go out on a limb and say this is a ScottK photograph. The black foam is a dead give away, LOL. Shoot, if I am wrong I am going to feel stupid. As for the photo, I really like it. I think the reflections in the balls are a nice touch.

I like the composition, but would have preferred greater DOF to include the foreground ball details.

I would have rated this higher, but I don't like the reflections.
