 Yep... it's Peggy's Cove.

Yep... it's Beagleboy.

My first serious landscape shot in over six months. And once again, a shot of Peggy's Cove. For some reason, I get drawn to this place every time I start shooting seriously again.

Lots of work on this one with masks. Had fun working on it. Original looks pretty sad compared to this one.

This will probably be my last submission with the 300D. Just bought a new 30D a couple of weeks ago.

Peggy's Cove is one of the most beautiful places I've ever had the pleasure of stepping foot on. Gorgeous shot.

Very nice tones and deep colors.
Aside from a little halo clean-up in the water along the rocks, nothing else i could suggest to make this better. Well done!

Love the colors in this photo. The colors of the sky are beautiful and serene. The lighthouse in the distance adds visual interest - I have to say that I have never before seen a lighthouse with a green light! It makes the image unusual and interesting to look upon. I also like the abstract shapes and curves of the rocks and the water cradled in the valley between the rocks. It adds visual appeal. I also like how the foreground reflection of the lighthouse in the water plays so well with the title of the piece. Very lovely work.

the top half of this is so serene the bottom half looks a little odd. the shadow areas of the rocks look kind of noisy, maybe too much contrast? cant tell.

wow! that green light is perfect!!! Only think is I wish you just dropped the camera down just a smidge more to get the whole of the puddle, but that's minor...superb shot 9
