 Crop, Channel Mixer, resize, sharpen, save for web.

Slow synch for the lamp to glow, 1 brolly, 1 backlight with a 30 comb on it. And a lot of sensor dust. Grrr.

Ally has been bugging me to take a "creepy" photo of her ever since her brother and I did the DPC Cinema shot and I have been telling her for weeks that she has 'Regan' head from growing her hair out (its all natty and messy right now). So, I showed her the pic from the movie where Linda Blair is glaring at the camera ... the first time the demon takes over completely and you see it in her eyes... and Ally promptly spent hours trying to recreate THE STARE. She gave herself a headache in the process, so we settled on her looking only slightly menacing with some dark eyeshadow under her eyes. And just in case your wondering, I did give her a synopsis of the movie, so she knew in essence what she was portraying - if not the gory details of the movie itself. Though, hard as she tried, my daughter is just too cheerfull and friendly to pull off mean looking very well. That is, until she got in trouble an hour later for teasing her step-brother. I wish I could have put THAT look on this photo.

Flat out, my kids rock. This has become a trend - my kids are creepy and like scaring grownups. LOL

Oh, and the outtakes are hysterical. :)

Nice composition.. but the B/W post processing can be imporved.. Glare from top left is a little distracting.. 7 .

Poor kid looks like she's been punched in the eyes. Do I need to call Social Services?

The girl is super sharp and the lamp is just sharp enough. And the black and white is the clincher. I hope this does well.
