 While taking photos of this exotic flower which I thought might make a good submission, the bee landed right in front of my lens! Brave little bee :) My wife saw this flower and suggested I take the pic as she wasn't tall enough to take it, so I can't take all the credit :)

I do not care much for photos of insects, however the colors in this photograph are wonderful. Great blues and violets. Reds, yellows, greens, just very well done.

I love the colours, abut I honestly think this would have been bettter without the bee.

the flower structure is wonderful and the pollen specks on the bee...It might be stronger with a crop on the right, just to the edge of the purple petals

Cropping off the top, to get rid of that weird purple thing, would make for a simpler and more poweful composition.

Wonderful focus and colors. I do believe there is a lot going on in this shot and it's hard for the eye to land. Maybe a tighter crop on just the bee. Don't take me wrong.....this is fantastic..Congrats.
