IMO, the eyes stand out a little too much compared to the rest of the picture & I might've lightened up on the blur/softness of the overall image. just my 2 cents though

Your smoothing effect makes the photo look awkward. It would be better if you left it a little more natural. Great focus on the eyes and enhancement of the color. 5

Bit too blurry (the neat image monster? ...) too bad because she has great eyes and I guess the original picture is pretty much in focus

The eyes are wonderful! Seems a bit too neat imaged or too much glow, though. What a beautiful young lady with a warm and lovely smile!

What a beautiful child, very unusual eye colour. I'm not sure I go for the plasticy doll look. She is so flawless, I don't think she needs to be "softened out".

Such beautiful eyes!
I'm not sure if it was intentional, but the amount of smoothing/noise reduction killed all detail in this shot, especually noticeable in her hair.
If you need help in post-processing, don't hesitate to PM me after the challenge.

Very over processed- the smoothness doesn't leave any detail (i.e teeth blending together). That combined with over sharpening make the eyes and some of the hair strands look strange.

Beautiful girl and a beautiful smile. I think your post processing was a bit excessive though. It looks unnaturally clean and almost smudgy at some places like the upper lip/front teeth area. Also it doesn't quite look in focus to me. Would like to see her eyes sharply in focus

I think when one uses a soft filter on a portrait they should erase back the eyes and teeth, gorgeous little girl though!!

Others have probably mentioned this before, but this is way, way too soft. Looks like you NeatImaged the heck out of it. Looks more like a pencil or pastel drawing than a photo.

She's such a pretty little girl, with gorgeous gorgeous eyes, but the Neat Image is total overkill. It has fused her teeth together and driven her eyebrows into obscurity.

Image doesn't seem to be in focus and I think you overdid it on the neat image. Sometimes natural is better. She is very cute.

unfortunately, this feels well over-processed. the eyes, obviously the intended focus of the shot, are far too orange, bright and creepyish. also evident is a large whack of noise reduction, used possibly to mitigate some of the blur in the shot... it might have been more effecive to go b&w and add grain... 4.

A very attractive young lady with beautiful eyes who truly didn't need to be neat imaged in this fashion. There is a lot to be said for natural beauty, and this young lady certainly has a lot of that.

Your image is well cropped, well focused and certainly pleasing. However, I may be wrong, but I am of the opinion that your attempt at neat image may cost you. Good luck in the challenge.

Lovely girl. Well posed, and captured. To my taste, too much noise reduction. The noise reduction artifacts in her hair, eyebrows and ear diminish an otherwise beautiful photo.
