Kudos for coming up with a more imaginative pose and setting for a resting dog than did many others. I like the way you framed the dog and I like the monchrome choice. It look too red to me, but I'm colorblind, so take that with a grain of salt if it isn't red, but more sepia.

Beautiful shot, I think it may have been cropped a little close at the bottom by the dogs face.

Nice, but there is a knee or something in the lefhand bottom corner. the dogs muzzle is almost cut off. Would have been nicer with just a little more room there.

Beautiful photo....I love the tone and mood of this shot

Great depth of field helps to transport you to the location. It would be nice to show more of the ground to frame the dog better. The contrast in the dog and the mountains in almost similar. Showing more ground (LIghter color) would bring out eyes to the dog a little bit quicker. "9"

I enjoy this photo at its basic level, but I feel as though the dog and the vista are competing for the viewers attention. The dog also tends to get slightly lost against the background with the similarities in color between it and the mountains, but I can appreciate the differences in texture between its fur and the mountain. I do like that aspect.

what a great landscape shot, unfortunately it does take away from your subject but it still is a nice shot

Definetly one of my top picks for this challenge, I like the tones, the composition, the subject. I love the vastness of the space in the background and the way the foreground pops out. The sky looks as if you painted it by hand. This shot is so well I wonder if it is a PS one. Anyway I love it. Very well done.

Great shot, sepia tone is ok, might want to see in color.

Excellent photo -- the dog really adds to the feeling of serenity. I like the sepia too. Well executed! 8

Wish the dog wasnt cut off...

Toning is good however it look washed out to me. I like the composition and the subject placement. Nice work.

I'm a bit bothered by the dog being cut off at the bottom. Otherwise I love the composition and tones.
