 Taken during a walk on Exmoor, this little foal was extremely inquisitive and quite happy to pose for a minute or two before running off into the forest.

I could curse, because having been shooting some insurance pictures the day previously I had changed my camera settings to pure JPGs instead of RAW - oh, how I wish I had a RAW original of this shot. But I don't and I can't turn back the clock. I'll just have to wait for my next opportunity.

Adjustments made in PSCS2 : levels, curves and hue/sat to brighten the colours a little. Fixed aspect ration crop and small amount of Smart Sharpen.

What a cutie! Nice light too, I love soft light like that. Composition, could use a fraction more room above the ears and not quite as centered.
