I'm not much of a fan of the border you have. It's a good idea, I just don't think it works very well here. The photo itself is gorgeous.

Normally I don't like borders but I DO like this one. Well executed. The subject and its composition are very good. It may be just a bit oversharpened. In general the saturation is quite good, but the blue in the lower right is too intense for my taste. If I were editing it, I might have used a layer mask to tone it down just a bit. As is, it puls my eye away from the rest of the photo.

The composition is good. I would tone down on the color saturation a bit though. The highly saturated colors makes the bricks look a bit unnatural.

A good shot with a good use of the diagonals/leading lines in a photograph.
Color levels and details look good here as well as an interesting subject.
The framing really takes away from this. A simple white border, or a simple white border with a 1 pixel black inner line would have presented it better in my opinion.

I don't like the frame it distracts from the rest of the picture. Was the water really that green?

Frame! I did not really see the frame as necessary, nor as complementing the photo. It kind of ruins it for me to be frank. You'll probably get mixed reviews on it, and polarizing the voting body usually does not produce good results. However, if you shoot (and post-process) to please yourself first, you've done a great job! 7

IMO the border is destroying this otherwise excellent image. this is especially true on the right side, where I mourn the occluded arch.

It's a nice image with a great point of view and comp, but to be honest I think it's oversharpened and oversaturated...the blue is a spectacular colour bit it all looks unnatural imho...nice composition though 7
