-The man in the shot surely adds a whole lot!! Adds kind of an eerie effect
-I'm seeing some grain in the black elements of the photo

Interseting shot. I think B&W was a good choice here. I wasn't aware the goverment actually had "assy" offices:) sure i'm not the only person to say that
