I shot this at 12mm to get the wide angle from the water to the sky. I have pictured this kind of shot for quite some time and looked forward to getting my 12-24mm to do this.

It didn't quite come out the way I had envisioned it however. The water is murky from me repositioning so many times. I had to sit in about a foot of water for quite a while getting these shots.

I like this compostion, I do not think the murkyness of the water takes away from the shot but adds a touch of mystery to the overall branch pointing out to the islands beyond. I also love the contrasts of colors in the water and sky.
