 Went for a cutsie theme. Bought some multi-colored, multi-shaped macaroni, poored in a bowl, and placed two of my diopters in. Put the third on the camera. Took about 50 shots, trying to get the best angle, DOF, etc. Rearranged the macaronis a few times to get a balance of the different shapes.

Post processing was tough because the colors weren't as dynamic as I thought they would be. Set curves, did some selective color adjustments, sharpen/resize/sharpened.

Truely off-the-wall, but well done. :) The filters look like little shelves that are supporting the noodles.

Very vivid colors. The reflections of the light and the shadows really helps to bring out the beautiful ridges in the pasta.

Colors,good. Light, good. Comp,good. I like the roundness of the lenses and the layering effect, but feel they don't fit with the theme.

very clever. excellent color and composition. The filters help break up the pile of noodles and create some structure and color contrast for the scene. good choice of different color and textures in the pasta.

I love this on many levels, most especially the creativity of the image and the title. Pleasing colors, nice focus, thought it could be a bit sharper on some of the pieces - and very nice composition. Good work

Wonderful imagination-creative idea. I think all the colors and composition were a good idea. The negative would be the lighting. This is dark and it makes the colors look a little muddy. Good focus.
