 crop, mirror, color correction warm, hue sat: increase sat, hue -2, curves, hue sat same as above, noise removal, hue/sat again, noise, usm, noise, resize, hue/sat, noise. All the noise removal were set below 30, the middle and last one was at 5.
I wanted a rich color but also wanted the white to be white so I didn't colorize it. That might have been a better way to get a glowing color though.

Beautiful golden color to the water. This has a nice peaceful feeling to it. Fits the challenge and pleases the eye!
