Hey Todd. Great perspective and an abundance of shadows and details. These are fun shots but frustrating when dealing with a wide range of shadow and light. A quick solution is to use a neutral density filter but you may first try adjusting the exposure compensation within the camera to darken the sky and lessen the harshness of the blown-out light. It is a method that is widely overlooked but can serve well as an alternative to expensive filters. Hope that helps.

I quite like the composition of this! I like the one arch just above the other and I do like the sun captured here. To get a bit more blue (and if you're using Photoshop) you can increase the amount of black in both the blue and cyan using "Selective Color". You can also decrease the saturation of yellow a touch to whiten up the clouds a bit.
