That's really hard lighting to shoot dark green with lots of shadows. There's so much contrast between highlights/shadows. Your subject tree doesn't stand out enough from the background trees. 4

The composition is generally pleasing but the lighting is rough. With the cemetary it wouldn't work well as a silhouette...at least much would be lost. So I think it needed to have a bit more emphasis on the subjet with a lighting to better define it. As is, it is rather flat (without depth). Postprocessing could have helped this image really stand out.
