Beautiful child. I think the black drape hurts the shot, as it's otherwise all light and white. She's got some hauntingly beautiful blues!!

Lovely eyes..
the white is a little overblown..
I detected a little photoshop here..
cause the hair is really sticking out at the back..
and the white background is a little patchy..
Do you have the original photo to work with?

Put it up in a thread for suggestions or you can send it to me to take a stab at..
