Took a day trip up to Gettysburg yesterday. This is a monument there (one of the million or so that are there). I found this one particularly interesting.

The only post processing that I did to this image was convert it to sepia and resize.

You did a nice job of placing the statue according to the challenge description; however, the subject choosen has little appeal emotionally or visually. Plus, I'm not sure if converting this to sepia really works for this image, as it tends to make the statue blend into the background in spite of the good contrast on the statue itself.

This is nice, I like the sepia but a little grain might have helped the 'antique' feel. I really love the farmhouse in the distance. The clouds are acting as leading lines bringing your eye into the statue.
The horizon is a tad crooked.
