This is lovely shot of a lovely subject. I would have liked the bird to be larger but the fact that the background doesnt interfere at all with being engaged by the subject nakes it a winner for me.

Could have been good, but it is definetely oversharpened and too noisy. I like the composition though.

when you shoot birds, a long telephoto with a hood really helps

Nice capture. I love the colors. The grainy look is a bit distracting and you probably should crop off the left side a little more to remove the spot in the corner.

I see a lot of grain here. Not sure if it is the image quality or too much USM.

great title...I actually like the grain in this...would have cropped out that little distraction on the left bottom corner...excellent bokeh in the lens...8

a program such as Neat Image will help you get the unsightly image grain out of this photo. Nice comp., cool capture.
