 The feet and shoes are a portion of the remains of a mural that celebrated the physically challenged. They are building next to it so I guess they had to restucco the wall but only to about 6-7 feet above ground level. I tried the JL method on this but found it trying in PSElements 3.0...guess I'm gonna have to break down and get full PS soon. I took the shot specifically because it sort of reminded me of bucket's great image "She" though I'll admit that neither the before or after images even come close.
