Subject is blurred, and the shadow caused by the flash detracts heavily from the shot. Perhaps I'm being picky, but I don't get a feeling of calm from this shot. There is a distracing object at the top of the subject's head. 3

Truthfully, I feel that it's unfair to ask people to vote on this picture. It's too heart-wrenching. That's not to say that it doesn't serve a purpose - it makes me very reflective and grateful for what I have.

My heart breaks looking at this photograph of this beautiful child. It hurts to see a helpless child sick. I hope you will tell us more after the contest.

It looks like its a little blurry. The lighting is good and the subject matter fits. I think that a different angle would help this shot also.

That's terribly sad. I can't fathom how difficult this must be if this is your child.
