How my roommate can get some evenings. This shot took quite a bit because he kept complaining all the blood was rushing to his head. Im new to photography so I had plenty of trouble with the lighting.

I rotated the photo upside down because it looked just a little skewed, like I said, I'm still figuring out what works so, its my 1st attempt.

oh boy this is a familiar scene LOL its a'ight.

Wow. I'd hate to see how drunk he gets if he opens the bottles. ;)
09/29/2003 01:49:36 PM
is he supposed to be drunk? cause the bottles look full. :oP
i guess it didn't look right or something, but would have liked to see this turned 180.

Excellent idea. But it seems counter-intutive to look at. From whose perspective is the viewer looking at this from? Viewers might get confused and down point it. I will overlook that but cannot overlook the white balance issue. Too red/orange. GL.

great angle, but the implication is that he fell in a drunken stupor. that does not imply resting to me.

Haven't we all had one of those days?
09/27/2003 09:11:41 AM
Just realised why this one gives me vertigo - it is upside down!
09/26/2003 08:35:36 PM
flipping the image 180 degrees was a creative choice. I think the shot could have been improved by cropping the bottom of the frame (the top of the starirs) where the computer monitor is.

Kind of presented wrong...I think?
09/26/2003 03:56:36 AM
Great shot... shame you didn't adjust the white balance though. I reckon this would have been better without the orange colour cast. 6

Yeah I'm not too sure about this. It could be better, I don't know why.
09/25/2003 11:52:31 PM
Umm. Your photo is upside down. I love staged shots, but if the idea didn't work right the first time, reshoot it till you get it right. Or did you mean to have it upside down? If you did, why?
09/25/2003 07:24:20 PM
This is probably the weirdest staged shot I have ever seen on this site. Why are the beer bottles still full? Why is the monitor sitting on the funky chair at the top of the stairs? Why was this shot taken upside down? Where is you shirt? Gotta say that you are creative and that this is intrguing, but I don't get your message.

This might make more sense if the bottles were open and empty.

a nice snapshot type photo, thanks for sharing

ouch

Well - he's at rest but my stomach is churning in sympathy

I like it upside down, probably would be better if the bottles were open. Good lighting.
09/24/2003 02:55:18 PM
It would be nice if he was drunk, but no drunk can put the caps back on bottles that well!
09/24/2003 01:23:56 PM
they're not even open
09/24/2003 01:04:12 PM
I see the concept but it would have been more realistic if the bottles were empty and the was turned the other way, UP the stairs.

You shouldn´t drink too much.
