This was one of my favorites, beautifully done, I am stunned it didn't do much better.

I don't see a single tree...I see multiple trees
09/15/2006 12:02:22 PM
I am hard pressed to call this a single tree, but it is a great image!

Beautiful. I love this, although I'm compelled to mark it down somewhat for not meeting the challenge (multiple trees). 7 instead of 10.

This is beautiful and reminds me of the Lake of the Woods. I really like this shot and would score it higher had there ben one single tree. Either way, 6. Good luck!

Absolutely lovely.

Cool!!!! Feels like an old photo - really nice.

sweetness!! 10!

i don't think a stand of trees counts as a single tree.
09/12/2006 07:28:32 PM
Very nice. Think it might be slightly more appealing if cropped so the tree and its reflection are vertically centered in the composition. Little more sky, little less lake. You lose the tip of the reflection which is broken up anyway. Love the processing here, please do post details on how you acheived this. Good work and good luck.

The Group of 7 would be proud. Oh Canada in deed.

This is really beautiful and moody. Love the colours, reflection and the softness from the mist/fog.

WoW! This is great! I bet youve been told a hundred times that there is more than one tree, but I can see you accented the one in the middle there as the main subject so I wont say that :P Good job :)

This is a really beautiful picture. It almost looks like an oil painting on a canvas. I love it!
09/11/2006 06:22:09 PM
I really like this picture. Great composition. My only complaint would be there seems to be more than a "single" tree as the focus point.

Interesting treatment. I like it.
09/11/2006 02:18:01 PM
Really moody, I love it.

That's an image to treasure. Lovely golden tones and the location is wonderful.
09/11/2006 11:37:38 AM
Cool effect. Nice composition, nice clean image, but I think it has less challenge-meeting potential since there is not "a single tree" that appears to be the main subject.
09/11/2006 09:35:01 AM
sorry, this is a great photo but really doesn't meet the challenge to me ...
09/11/2006 07:55:05 AM
I see lots of trees...
09/11/2006 01:05:53 AM
Beautiful and classic looking. Wonderful processing here.
