 cloned out some of the distracting reflections of the sign in the water
blurred the background - I hope people are not too critical of the wire fence being unnaturally blurred
Whitened the sign
Convert to b/w
contrast/sharpen etc

LOL!! It took me about 15 seconds to get it, (I didn't read the title first) but that just made it even funnier. One of the funniest in the challenge.

LOL! This image is awesome. :) Excellent use of DOF to blur out the people walking by in the background! The only slight improvement I can see would have been to just SLIGHTLY rotate the image counter-clockwise to level out the top edge of the whiteboard. ;) 9
