The DOF is a bit too shallow here. It would be better if the ends of the branches were not out of focus.

great colors, composition, and choice of subject. technically very strong except for the somewhat distracting blurred branches. maybe a bit of pre-shoot pruning would have been in order?

Well done. That looks like a little cedar tree - perhaps a Northern White Cedar. Nicely composed. Perhaps a slightly lusher specimen of this evergreeen would have been even better. The background green, IMO, is a bit on the strong side.
