Having a great sunset as background always helps.

Yes, beautiful silhouette back by an impressive sunset/sunrise. Love the fluffy clouds. Great contrast helps to separate the clouds and gives it a very interesting depth of field.

Slight blurring of the wings on the birds give a sense of flight. Probably south for the winter. Beautiful shot.

Nice colours and great sense of space. I really think I would crop out the light area of sky at the bottom, which distracts attention from the birdsand spoils the tone. Nice catch.

I think the way you have captured the birds with this awesome sky in the background is great! You should crop out the bottom area. I don't think it adds to the photo it takes attention away from the birds I think. Still nice work, good luck in the challenge.

Pretty. Simple. Did you need the white part at the bottom?

Man those clouds look they are on fire! The silohuettes of the two birds are so effective against that amazing sky. I personally wouldn't have included so much whiteness at the bottom of the image tho, it is distracting.

Well the top part of your sky is beautiful, but the birds are a little far away.

Ahhhh... the DPCer will love this one i think. :-) I like it but the white at the botom distracts me from the birds. Considering the amount of clouds, cropping the white out would improve it IMO. Still a nice 7 from me. Great capture!

I wouldn't mind a bit more cropping to get rid of the white at the bottom. Very pretty colors! Good luck!

Beautiful sky, but the birds don't take up enough of the frame for this to work for me. Shame about the burnt out highlights at the bottom of the frame. 6

Beautiful colors but the flight part got lost, had to really look for the birds
