 This was shoot at same time I shoot some pics for SingleTree challenge, I did not use them. I an not happy about the light here(Wish it was softer) but I must send something this week :D

The Model is Benjamin Magnusson and is boyfriend of my sister, yeah he got green waterpaint in his face :D

Critique Club Review:

Excellent photo. Light, saturation, color, focus all are very good.

About all I can offer is the structure on the left is distracting. Would like it all bricks, or even better all black.

The red lips were a bit odd, but figured it might be what he was drinking. Otherwise a different color might work better.

One of my ideas was a Jekyll/Hyde scenario, but I didn't get around to doing anything. I thought there would have been more. Good job with the make-up, a kind of greenish tinge to the skin. Background of bricks maybe should have been completely dark.

;) Beautiful make-up. I maybe would go for white lips instead pink :)...would look more dying. Great expression. Bacground is bit strange...like from one side complete black but on other brick wall. Nice job anyway.

Differnt title, and maybe a differnt pose/angle, But I think its fun, and has good makeup and such. Just doesn't totaly convince me.

A well executed photograph that meets the challenge, so I can't come up with any specific reason that I don't like it, but I still find it off-putting...which may have been your intent. I guess, because it is a well executed photo that meets the challenge I should give it a good score even though I don't like it.
