 Protractor tacked to white poster board with primary colored tissue paper. Very Lame. 3.0!

POst: Covert from raw at +0.33 expsoure compensation. Slight rotation to straighten. Crop. Level adjustments for layer, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. NeatImage. Sharpen. Curves to brighten a little. Resize. Sharpen.
