I played clarinet as a kid. Upon returning from a summer away with my grandmother when I was 12, I found my step-mother had sold my clarinet. I was crushed.
Many years later, my oldest daughter wanted to join band and liked the idea of playing clarinet "like mommy had". So I went out of my way to buy her one exactally like the one I'd had years ago. A Vito. She didn't play long, only a year, but I still have the Vito and will cherish it forever.

Heyy, I play clarinet too. I think my clarinet makes me a better photographer.

this is very pretty! whats stands out most to me is the background colour and your eyes draw me in to this pic, with their same colouring.

Ah...takes me back to my high school band days. I played the trumpet for 6 years but buggered if I could get anything but a squeal out of a reed instrument! Great photo, and glad you have a clarinet again!

But we *are* learning a lot about you. Let's see - you're incredibly flexible, in great shape, and have taken VERY good care of your birthday suit. You have a lovely dining room, and far, far too many really nice outfits. You have an umbrella that matches a pair of shoes, and really wicked way cool lighting setups. AND you played the clarinet - which I did, too, by the way. Oh, and we have no idea what color your eyes really are. :-)

The dress and background are wonderful together. I love the lighting and the way it highlights your eyes and hands. Knowing that the mouth placement should be different bothers me some, but I understand why you shot it the way it is.

I love my flute the way you love your clarinet. I really enjoyed the explanation.

Way to toot your own horn. Yes, I know it's not a horn, it's a woodwind, but I couldn't resist. Love how you're matching eyes and background still. It looks like you should be sitting first chair in an orchestra.
