The composition can be improved here..

It's a lovely shot.. try doing one with the subject off center..
have him sit on the left or right of the swing and look away.. .
You might have a really good shot there..

I agree on the crop. I do like the DOF. There's good seperation between the subject and the background.

Not crazy about the crop. It is a very nice picture of the man and I'd like the pic to be cropped to emphasize the person.
